Great product and thanks for the hard work. I'm a heavy PuttyCM user who is sick of the lack of updates.
Would it be possible to include password storage along with encryption like PuttyCM? I looked around but was unable to find any reference to this functionality for SuperPutty.
I'm not sure how I feel about this. This opens up the ability for someone to get ahold of your SuperPutty database and get your passwords (or hashes). That being said, I have created an issue for it at github since it is a requested feature.
Personally, I'd setup sshkeys, but or a combination of SuperPutty + KeePass.
That would be great. I have some boxes which I can't use keys on, and I've tried KeePass but never really liked it.
Using AES would offer a modicum of protection - there would still be a single weakness (the master password) but a bunch of apps take this approach, such as PuttyCM, WinSCP, Firefox etc.
It would be great to see an option to save the password. I keep having to reboot machines and login again regularly as part of some testing I do for the network here. Since my network is detached from the rest of the world, and the firmware gets reset regularly, security is not an issue for me.
