using Tools > PuTTY Configuration starts with a detached config window and ends up with a detached putty window.
using the Connect button at the far right end of the tool bar starts with a tabbed config window but ends up with a detached putty window.
based on the previous conversation here, i'm glad you at least attempted a facility to simply read the registry as opposed to only having a facility to import putty sessions. however, these options don't appear to be working, unless i'm missing something.
the "copy putty sessions" feature appears to work fine. it is a good workaround, but not ideal.
Tools -> PuTTY Confiration just loads the configuration window in PuTTY, outside of SuperPutty.
The connect button does work as intended if you enter, at least, a host, but you can also specify the username and password as well. I created an issue at github to modify the connect button to behave only if there is at least a host entered. This issue can be found at https://github.com/phendryx/superputty/issues/19.
The copy sessions feature was to allow a user to pull their sessions out of the registry and store then in a database (which has not been done yet). The idea behind this being, to be able to store the database on dropbox/a thumbdrive/etc and use it at multiple locations.
